Christopher John Shane

Christopher John Shane is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global HR leadership, currently serving as the Global Head of HR Core and People Analytics at Hilti Group since July 2017. Shane has led significant HR transformation initiatives, including the implementation of HR technology like Workday, and has a strong focus on strategic leadership, data-driven insights, and change management. Previous roles include HR Controlling Manager for Western Europe at Hilti, where responsibilities encompassed compensation studies and HR reporting, as well as positions in HR and logistics at various organizations including Imerys, Societe Generale, L'Oréal, and the United States Department of Defense. Shane holds multiple master's degrees in Business Administration and Managerial Economics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from UC Irvine.
