Magda Szczepanska

Magda Szczepanska is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment systems and processes across multiple regions. Currently serving as Global Talent Acquisition Product Owner at Hilti Group since April 2021, Magda oversees the global Talent Acquisition technology stack, including successful implementations of various systems such as Beamery and Workday. Notable accomplishments include leading the innovative Beamery platform implementation and streamlining the global referral process. Prior to Hilti, Magda held key roles at Deloitte Belgium from January 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition projects and improving data quality in recruitment systems. Earlier experience at Johnson Controls involved recruitment across Europe and Africa, earning a Merit Award for exceptional performance. Magda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of South Wales and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wroclaw.
