Sergei Roshchin

Sergei Roshchin currently serves as the Head of Global IT Support and Operations at Hilti Group, a position held since March 2022, and has previously occupied the role of Head of Regional IT. Prior to joining Hilti, Sergei worked at Sanofi from July 2019 to March 2022 as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager for the Eurasia region. From January 2011 to July 2018, Sergei was the Director of Infrastructure Operations at adidas group, overseeing IT operations across 11 countries and managing infrastructure systems. Earlier experience includes roles such as IT Infrastructure Manager at General Motors CIS and Factory IT Manager at Nestle Rossiya LLC. Sergei holds a high education diploma in Radiotech from MIREA and additional certifications in personnel management and Microsoft technologies.
