Stefan Nastasia

Stefan Nastasia is a seasoned professional in governance, risk, and compliance with extensive experience in European markets. Currently serving as a GRC Consultant at Hilti Group since May 2022, Stefan previously held the position of GRC Lead for Europe at Intralinks from June 2021 to March 2022. A significant part of Stefan’s career was spent at Genpact from March 2010 to June 2021, where roles included Regional Information Security Officer, IT Lead for Europe, IT Security and Compliance Manager, and Internal Audit Manager. Prior experience includes senior audit roles at GarantiBank International NV and Bancpost, as well as a position in credit risk at Petrom SA. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybernetics (Business Economics) from Academia de Studii Economice din București, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
