Vigneshwaran Sathasivam has extensive experience in technology transformation and digital workplace initiatives. Currently serves as Head of Mobile Apps Development and Connected Tool Services at Hilti Group since 2017, leading a global team across Malaysia, Switzerland, and the US. Previously, Vigneshwaran held key roles at Telenor, overseeing the transformation of Workplace infrastructure, and at Avanade, where responsibilities included managing client delivery and solution architecture. Earlier career as a Systems Engineer at TIME dotCom Berhad provided foundational knowledge in Microsoft solutions and infrastructure management. Vigneshwaran holds an MBA from Federation University Australia and a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of East London, along with a recent education from Harvard Business School Online.
