Neil Sawyer

Neil Sawyer has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Recruitment for Hotel Operations at Hilton since January 2012. His career trajectory at Hilton includes roles such as Director of Recruitment, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Manager, demonstrating a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition within hotel operations. Prior to Hilton, Neil worked as a Resourcing Executive at Hospitality & Leisure Recruitment and served as Pastry Sous Chef at the prestigious Stoke Park Club. Earlier roles include Head Chef at Mark Warner and Chef at The Catering Agency. Neil holds an NVQ Level 3 in Patisserie and Confectionary from South Trafford College and completed earlier education at St. Gregory's RC High School.
