Robert Rauch

Robert Rauch serves as Chairman of Brick Hospitality, a company launched in 2023 that focuses on hotel operations and investment partnerships. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Rauch has been the Managing Partner of Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites San Diego/Del Mar since 2000, overseeing the operation of adjacent hotels. His previous roles include Director at San Diego Tourism Authority, President and CEO of RAR Hospitality, and Director of Development at Interstate Hotels. As a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University, Rauch taught tourism and recreation entrepreneurship and has held leadership positions such as Chairman of the San Diego North Convention & Visitors Bureau. Rauch holds a Master's degree in Tourism from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from Western International University.
