Tilo Ermlich has extensive work experience in various IT and management roles. Tilo'smost recent position is Head of Global IT at HIMA Paul Hildebrandt GmbH, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at C. Josef Lamy GmbH as Leiter Prozess- & IT-Management from September 2017 to September 2022, and as Leiter Prozessmanagement und ERP from September 2016 to August 2017. Before that, they served as IT-Leiter at Labor Lademannbogen MVZ GmbH from September 2012 to June 2016, and as IT-Leitung at AUG. PRIEN Bauunternehmung (GmbH & Co. KG) from August 2008 to August 2012. Tilo also worked as IT-Leiter at LOYAS Private Finance AG from January 2003 to July 2008, and as Geschäftsführer at Netzpol GbR from January 1998 to December 2002.
Tilo Ermlich completed a one-year management training program at REUTER and obtained certification as an IPMA Level C Certified Project Manager (GPM) in 2016. Additionally, they hold a Diplom degree in Physics from the University of Hamburg.
