Eric Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of marketing and communications. Eric started their career as a Public Relations Intern at Starboard Strategy and Sunrise Advertising, where they gained experience in writing news releases, media kits, and assisting in special event planning. Eric then worked as a Research Assistant at Syracuse University, assisting with a research project on blog-mediated crisis communication. Eric also served as an Account Supervisor at Syracuse University's Hill Communications, leading a group of 12 and overseeing the formation and implementation of a public relations plan for a local non-profit organization.

Eric later joined Xavier University as a Public Relations Intern, where they provided assistance to the director of public relations and media relations coordinator in various activities. Following that, they worked as a Marketing Communications Intern at the Western & Southern Open. Eric then spent several years at Heidelberg Distributing as a Communications Specialist, where they managed social media strategies, website content management, and media relations. Eric also played a key role in the company's website redesign.

Currently, Eric is working as the Director of Marketing at Hindman Auctions, where they are responsible for developing and directing strategies to build the brand and increase customer engagement. Eric'sefforts include public relations, traditional and digital media marketing, search engine optimization, and organizing special events to maximize visibility and increase the number of auction registrants and customers.

Eric Duncan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts with a focus on Public Relations from Xavier University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Eric pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University from 2008 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Eric obtained certification as an Auctioneer from the Ohio Department of Agriculture in October 2020.
