Chahat Gandotra

Chahat Gandotra is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Program Manager at Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT) since July 2017 and as Deputy Manager Operations at Max Healthcare since November 2015. Prior to these roles, Chahat held the position of Head Service Excellence at Fortis Healthcare from June 2009 to October 2015, where responsibilities included assessing patient satisfaction, conducting engagement programs, and implementing quality parameters within healthcare operations. Chahat holds a Master's degree in Hospital Administration from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Sardar Bhagwan Singh (PG) Institute of Bio-Medical Sciences & Research.
