Sudhanshu Shekhar

Sudhanshu Shekhar is an experienced program manager with a strong background in public health and development programs. Currently serving as Program Manager at Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT) since January 2021, Sudhanshu leads the SAHYOG program, managing projects focused on community system strengthening and capacity building across India. Previous roles include State Project Officer at HLFPPT and State Program Manager at SAATHII, where Sudhanshu specialized in various programs aimed at improving health services and engaging private facilities. Sudhanshu's earlier experience includes positions at Hindustan Latex, Child in Need Institute, Pragati Luyadih, and Citizen Foundation, contributing to targeted interventions and capacity development in multiple districts. Sudhanshu holds a Master's in Rural Development and a Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from Nalanda Open University, as well as a Bachelor's in Economics from Ranchi University.
