Annah Lee

Annah Lee is an experienced professional in talent development and management, currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Development at Hines since June 2022. Prior to this role, Annah held the position of Talent Management Director at ENGIE North America Inc. from August 2019 to December 2021 and served as the Senior Manager of Organization and Talent Development Solutions at Laureate International Universities from October 2015 to August 2019. Annah's earlier experience includes positions as HR and Operations Manager at Human Capital Consultants, LLC from December 2013 to October 2015, and as a Human Capital Analyst at ICF from September 2008 to December 2013. Annah holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Biopsychology, both from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
