Arielle Ingber

Arielle Ingber currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global Employee Experience at Hines since December 2023. Previously, Arielle held the position of Senior Manager of Employee Experience at Leap from March 2022 to January 2023 and served in various roles at Theory, including People & Culture Manager, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Specialist from November 2016 to March 2022. Before that, Arielle worked as the Executive Assistant to the President at the Union for Reform Judaism from August 2013 to November 2016. Arielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications, with a minor in Social Psychology from The Ohio State University, and graduated with honors from Sycamore High School.
