Guillermo Peralta

Guillermo Peralta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and sustainable infrastructure. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Projects Office and Senior Director at Hines since October 2022, Guillermo leads the Strategic Project Office in executing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Prior to this role, Guillermo held senior positions at JLL, overseeing the sustainable infrastructure product portfolio and managing public-private partnerships. Experience also includes significant roles at Lyft and Corvias, focusing on financial structuring and project management within infrastructure and real estate. Guillermo holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Architecture from Yale University.
