Laura O'Donnell, JD, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President and Strategic HR Business Partner for Global Investment Management at Hines, transitioning from prior roles including Senior Director and Director of Employee Relations. O'Donnell's extensive experience includes managing HR compliance and immigration at Houston Methodist, where responsibilities involved legal compliance, policy development, and employee relations support for over 20,000 employees. Previous roles included EEO Attorney Consultant at Bashen Corporation and an internship at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where O'Donnell focused on discrimination investigations and mediation. O'Donnell holds a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston and a B.B.A. from The University of Tulsa.
