Melissa Voelker

Melissa Voelker is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in design and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Experiential Design at Hines since May 2019, Melissa leads the design refinement of public space amenities across global projects, enhancing tenant experiences through collaboration with development and project design teams. Previously, Melissa held the position of Director of Pre-Construction + Special Projects at Hines, managing flexible workplace solutions and assisting regional teams with lobby and public space design integration. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at HKS, Inc., culminating as Vice President & Senior Lead Design Architect, specializing in luxury hotels and resorts. Early career roles involved residential design at BSA Architects and Hill Glazier Architects. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston.
