Moses Herrera

Moses Herrera is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in facility management and HVAC operations. Currently serving as the Local 39 Chief Engineer at CBRE for Meta since February 2022, Moses supervises personnel assignments, oversees equipment purchases, and manages contractors. Previously, as the Local 39 Assistant Chief Engineer at Hines for Facebook/Meta, responsibilities included scheduling and training while ensuring equipment maintenance. Moses's career also includes a tenure at Kitchell as a Senior Building Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC systems at Google, and leading facility operations for Eurest Services at Google daycare centers. Moses holds an HVAC Certification III from San Jose City College and has foundational education from Foothill College.
