Jari Jaatinen

Jari Jaatinen is an experienced sales and business development leader currently serving as the Director of New Business Sales & Development at Hion since March 2025. Prior to this role, Jari held the position of Sales Director at Aitomation Oy, focusing on MS Power Platform, Outsystems, process consulting, and data & AI from January 2022 to March 2025. Previous experience includes the role of Sales Director at Knowit from November 2019 to January 2022, where Jari contributed to creating data-driven experiences to enhance clients’ business outcomes through improved customer understanding. As Head of Sales at Kraftvaerk Finland Oy from April 2016 to November 2019, Jari oversaw the delivery of complex websites and e-commerce solutions. Earlier positions include Sales Manager and Project Manager roles at Management Events and DNAgency, where Jari facilitated connections between solution providers and decision-makers. Jari began a professional journey as a Research Assistant at Work Design in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Relations and Affairs from University College Maastricht, earned in 2012.
