About the role:

Your role purpose is to enable effortless home improvement through onboarding, nurturing and assisting our tradies and also assisting our sales teams where required. In this role you will be working with a highly motivated, engaged, driven and active sales team. Your main role is to onboard tradies onto the platform that have just joined through our new business channel, and to also conduct different types of nurture activities to engage and re-engage tradies.

How you will add value:

• Fully onboard all low to mid-tier subscribed customers that have just joined our platform through phone calls, following a checklist to ensure they are set up for success
• Engagement and nurturing of customers to engage and re-engage via different types of campaigns/strategies
• Manage, track and measure the performance of tradies campaigns
• Educating tradies on best practices for ROI 
• Providing educated recommendations to suit our tradies needs
• Inbound calls to answer any questions they may have regarding their campaigns
• Collection calls if required
• Any service related calls to tradies where required
• Be a sales all-rounder to assist the sales team where and when needed
• Provide first class customer service

About you:

• Experience in a phone-based role making high volumes of outbound calls, preferably in a sales environment
• Solution based selling experience desired but not essential
• Experience in retention/service related phone based roles
