Shruthi Sasidaran

Shruthi Sasidaran is a Senior Product Designer specializing in Growth at hipages Group, with experience as a mentor at adplist.org since November 2021, guiding individuals in the Human Centered Design industry. Previously, Shruthi served as CRO Lead and UX Designer at Elephants Can Dance, where the focus was on implementing experimentation strategies to enhance customer engagement. Shruthi has also worked as a Solutions Consultant at Civic Data, contributing expertise in data technology and privacy compliance, and held various roles at Venntifact, starting from intern to Associate Consultant. Earlier experience includes volunteer work at the NSW Department of Industry and being a Product Design Engineer at Honeywell. Shruthi holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
