Tom Lee

Tom Lee, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as Head of Internal Operations at HireArt since January 2022, responsibilities include overseeing HR/People, Security, and IT functions. Prior experience includes founding the Human Resources department at The Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain, where Tom developed essential processes and policies, hired a team of 170 staff, and cultivated company culture. Additionally, Tom held leadership roles at Betterfin as Head of Business Development & Partnerships, at Tesla in service roles, and at Delta Air Lines as Operations/HR Manager, where oversight encompassed HR functions for a large team and the management of daily flight operations. Tom's academic foundation was built at Cornell University, where education was completed from 2007 to 2011.
