Tracy Olson is an experienced professional with a background in workforce development and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at HIRED since December 2019, Tracy previously held roles at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota, including Workforce Development Manager and Workforce Development Supervisor. Responsibilities included staff supervision, program continuity, and the implementation of effective service interventions. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure as Program Director at Resource, Inc. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mankato State University and a high school diploma from Blue Earth High School.
