Steve Lewis

Steve Lewis is an experienced leader in the technology and hiring sectors, currently serving as Managing Director EMEA at Hireguide, where the mission focuses on transforming interviews to be more clear, unbiased, and accessible through the integration of AI and hiring science. Previously, Steve held significant roles at Rev, including Managing Director and Global VP Media, where leadership efforts contributed to the company's rapid growth in the Media & Broadcast vertical, alongside being the first hire in EMEA. Additional experience includes serving as Global President at RoboRecruiter Inc. and holding a strategic advisory position for platforms leveraging AI to enhance skills-based interviews and executive memberships. An alumnus of the University of Chichester, Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English and Media Studies.
