Michael Zicheck

Michael Zicheck, M.S., currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Development at HireRight since August 2023. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles at First Advantage from February 2013 to August 2022, including Product Development Leader, overseeing global product development, integrations, and analytics. At LexisNexis, from January 2000 to February 2013, Michael served as Director of Information Technology and Associate Vice President of New Technology, focusing on software development and integration solutions. Earlier career experience includes positions at Application Profiles, where Michael managed teams in IT management and software development. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University and additional education from Saint Petersburg College. Extensive technical knowledge encompasses the Microsoft technology stack, SQL server, Enterprise Java technology stack, and Oracle database.
