Laura O'Reilly Oam

Laura O'Reilly OAM is an accomplished social entrepreneur with extensive experience in the disability sector in Australia. As Co-Founder and Director of Fighting Chance Australia since January 2011, Laura leads initiatives that build and scale social enterprises aimed at transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities. In January 2014, Laura became Co-CEO of Hireup, an online platform designed to empower people with disabilities to find and manage their support workers. Additionally, Laura co-founded Jigsaw Australia in September 2013, a social enterprise focused on training and transitioning people with disabilities into award wage employment through a skill-based training program. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts (MA Hons) in History from the University of Cambridge and a Doctor of Law (JD) from UNSW.
