Mahesh Jain has extensive experience in leadership roles within the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. Mahesh is currently working as a Board Advisor for Boardroom Advisors, providing guidance to scale-ups and SMEs. Prior to this, Mahesh served as the Director & CEO at HIREXA Solutions Private Limited.
Mahesh also held various positions at HCL Technologies, including Senior Director Talent Acquisition, where they led the Americas geography and managed the talent supply chain globally. Mahesh played a key role in implementing innovative sourcing and branding strategies to attract top talent.
Before joining HCL Technologies, Mahesh worked at Collabera as the General Manager-Recruitment. In this role, they developed and executed talent acquisition strategies globally, overseeing lateral and campus hires. Mahesh also focused on building strong relationships with business and HR leaders and driving recruitment process alignment.
Earlier in their career, Mahesh served as the Head of Recruitment for Enterprise Application Services Business at HCL Technologies and as the Head of Recruitment for IT Services Business at iGATE Global Solutions. In these roles, they managed recruitment teams, developed talent roadmaps, and implemented advanced technology systems for improved efficiency.
Mahesh Jain has a diverse educational background. Mahesh obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Labour Management from Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies in 1990. Mahesh then pursued a Master's Degree in Labour Management from the University of Madras between 1990 and 1992. In 2013, they further enhanced their knowledge and skills by completing an Advanced Business Leadership Course from the Indian School of Business. In 2014, they pursued a Certificate Course on Gamification from Coursera - Wharton School. Prior to their higher education, Mahesh completed their secondary education at ICF School in Chennai, where they obtained SSLC & Secondary School Certificate.
