Julia Austin

Julia Austin serves as a Senior Lecturer and Faculty Co-Chair of The Rock Center for Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School, where initiatives like HBS Demo Day have been launched. Austin's career includes significant roles such as Board Member at Hiro Systems and Tidelift, and Founder of Good For Her, an organization aimed at connecting women entrepreneurs. As a Mentor with Techstars and extensive advisory and investment roles in various startups, Austin has contributed to the growth of numerous companies. Previous experience includes being CTO and Advisor at DigitalOcean, Vice President of Innovation at VMware, and leading R&D efforts at multiple organizations. Julia holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Art from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
