Dr Allan Williams

Head Of NCAP (national Collection Of Aerial Photography) at Historic Environment Scotland

Dr Allan Williams is currently the Head of NCAP at Historic Environment Scotland, where Dr Allan has been since April 2008. Prior to that, Dr Allan was the Head of TARA and Head of Digitisation at Keele University from June 2000 to April 2008. Dr Williams holds a PhD in Intelligence Studies from The University of Edinburgh, as well as an MA (Hons) in Town Planning from Heriot-Watt University. Dr Allan attended Dumfries Academy from 1989 to 1994.
