Andres Angel

Andres Angel currently serves as the Head of Corporate Real Estate Technology for Amazon Buildings, where leadership of engineering teams focuses on delivering software solutions and driving technical strategy within the Finance Operations portfolio. With a strong background in technology leadership, Andres is also a member and graduate of the 2023 Emerging Executive Program at HITEC, aimed at cultivating high-potential Hispanic technology leaders. Previous roles include Senior Service Delivery Manager at AstraZeneca, where a significant transformation of the entimICE platform was achieved, and Software Engineering Manager at Fannie Mae, leading DevOps capabilities. Experience extends to software quality initiatives at NII Holdings, IT management at Cascades Technologies, and a lengthy tenure as Director of Software Development at Abbott's subsidiary in Colombia.
