Carlos Escobar

Carlos Escobar, MBA, CHCIO, currently serves as Senior Vice President of IT Operations & Service Management at AdventHealth since December 2019, and previously held roles such as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at AdventHealth Central Florida. Carlos is also a member of the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC), which aims to empower technology executives across the Americas. With extensive experience in information systems management, Carlos's responsibilities have included overseeing project management, technology business analysis, ERP systems, and application development. His career spans multiple positions at Florida Hospital and Central Florida Regional Health Information Organization, along with leadership roles in various committees. Academically, Carlos holds an MBA from Stetson University and has degrees in psychology from the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida.
