Kieran Hope is a Senior Product Manager at Hive since May 2020, overseeing the eCommerce channel for the Hive Brand on britishgas.co. In this role, Kieran manages the digital sales and service platform, utilizing AWS and Salesforce to create a strategic eCommerce roadmap aimed at delivering personalized customer experiences and driving targeted growth. Prior to this, Kieran participated in the Business Leadership Graduate Scheme at Centrica from October 2018 to April 2020, gaining insights into various operational and strategic functions within the organization. Kieran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from the University of Lincoln, completed in 2017.
