Marcus Lavender is a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in technical support and system integration, currently employed at Cisco and Duo Security since November 2018. In these roles, Marcus specializes in assisting customers with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Zero-Trust integration issues across various platforms, including Windows RDP and Linux PAM, as well as overseeing VPN solutions such as Cisco ASA and Palo-Alto's Global Protect. Additionally, experience at Hive | Centrica Hive Limited involves monitoring the IoT platform with tools like Cloudwatch and Kibana, while prior positions at Cromwell Business Systems and Pccall Ltd focused on network management and hardware/software troubleshooting. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University, attained in 2023.
