Gerard Delaney

Gerard Delaney currently serves as Managing Director at QANTM IP and Chairperson of the Board at Hive Streaming, where the company was recognized as the Nordic SaaS Company of the Year in 2020. Previously, Gerard held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Distributed, leading a successful exit to a strategic investor in September 2024. At Equiom Group, Gerard worked as Group Head of Institutional and Corporate and Chief Commercial Officer from September 2019 to June 2023. During a tenure as Chief Commercial Officer at Novagraaf from January 2016 to August 2019, Gerard contributed significantly to the firm’s acquisition by Paragon Partners and investment by Mitsui & Co., Tokyo. Gerard's extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, and global sales spans multiple organizations, including CPA Global and NewBay Software, the latter of which successfully negotiated an acquisition by Blackberry. Educational credentials include an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School, as well as degrees in Japanese Business, Japanese Language, Business, and Economics from high-profile institutions.
