Bernard Harguindeguy

Bernard Harguindeguy is the Founder and General Partner of Executive Venture Fund (EVF) since 2022, specializing in investments in seed and pre-Series A rounds in AI for cybersecurity startups. In addition, Bernard founded and manages Optus Partners, an M&A and market strategy advisory firm focused on SaaS, cybersecurity, AI/ML, Identity, and Trust technologies, since June 2007. Bernard holds advisory board positions at DevNetwork and HiveWatch, serves as Chairman of the Board for Veridium, and has held significant positions at various technology firms, including SVP & CTO at Ping Identity and CEO & Founder of Elastic Beam, acquired by Ping Identity. Bernard's educational background includes an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a BSEE in Electronics and Communications Engineering from UC Irvine.
