Michael Martino

Michael Martino is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in engineering operations and IT service delivery. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering Operations & Solutions at enGen since January 2022, Martino leads a team of over 900 members, overseeing critical enterprise infrastructure and cloud for the Highmark Health organization. Prior to enGen, Martino held the position of Senior Director at Cognizant, where responsibilities included implementing a product mindset service delivery model for Bristol Myers Squibb. Martino's career also includes significant roles at Mylan, where as Head of IT Operations and IT Service Delivery, a 28.1% cost reduction in global IT application and infrastructure support was achieved, resulting in $65M in savings. Earlier positions at PPG Industries, Fiserv CCS, Software Systems, Sony Electronics, and Sarcom further reflect Martino's depth of expertise and leadership in IT and project management. Martino holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
