Sean McDonnell

Sean McDonnell is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading complex strategic initiatives and data migrations at enGen since March 2018, where current responsibilities include overseeing project deliverables and communication across the organization as a Senior Client Project Manager. Previous roles at enGen include Client Project Manager, driving multi-million dollar strategic pricing projects, and Associate Consultant, improving processes within the automated document factory. Prior to enGen, Sean worked as an Associate Business Consultant at Confluence, developing client-specific implementation solutions, and held a summer internship at CDS Administrators, Inc., contributing to strategic decision-making and achieving growth. Sean earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Economics from Grove City College in 2016.
