Tom Sieg currently serves as the Vice President of Product Development & Management for Provider Technology Solutions at enGen, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Tom held various executive roles at HM Health Solutions, including Vice President of Workforce Planning & Strategic Operations and Vice President of Card to Care, Clinical and Provider. Tom's experience also encompasses leadership in Information Technology applications at Highmark Health and significant contributions to HR and administrative systems at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Giant Eagle, Inc. Educationally, Tom holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State Erie and has completed executive leadership programs at The Wharton School and Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
