Melanie Davies

Melanie Davies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, learning and development, and employment law. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Partner at HM Revenue & Customs, Melanie collaborates with stakeholders to address performance issues and design impactful learning solutions. Previously, as Deputy Head of HR Expert Advice Service, Melanie managed a team focused on enhancing employee relations. With a background as a consultant and legal expert, including roles at MS Rubric Law and Insight Legal Services, Melanie has advised organizations on various HR and employment matters. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Plymouth and has a solid foundation in law with an LLB from the University of London and a Legal Practice Course from the University of West London.
