Moa Mossberg has extensive experience in program and product management, primarily within the H&M Group since August 2017, where responsibilities have included guiding customers in accessing the full assortment across channels and driving large-scale programs in the newly established H&M Business Tech. Prior to H&M, Moa worked as a management consultant at Acando and Connecta, focusing on digital transformation and business development projects in the retail and airline sectors. Early roles included internships at Scania and Business Sweden, where market research and purchasing processes were explored. Moa holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, complemented by an exchange semester at City University of Hong Kong.
