Joy Hartmann is currently serving as the Director of Medical Records at HMR Veterans Services, Inc. They are responsible for maintaining administrative records on 220 residents and entering all deaths and other activities into the EMR system. Prior to this, Joy worked as a Patient Care Rep at Sentara Healthcare where they handled patient check-in/out, registration, payments, medical records, insurance verification, and various other duties. They hold a National Certification as a Certified Medical Administrative Specialist and are currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Ultimate Medical Academy.
