Dave Montesano

Dave Montesano's work experience begins in 2002 as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at IMAC Motion Control. Dave worked there until 2012 when the company was acquired by Tri-Phase Automation. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Director of Business Development at Uberloop. In 2012, they joined Bodycote S3P as a Business Development Manager, where they played a role in developing the market in North America for their proprietary surface treatment technology. In 2015, they joined HMS Networks as the Regional Sales Engineer and Direct Team Lead, responsible for identifying, closing, and managing strategic accounts. Dave later became the Sales Manager for Direct and Channel Accounts - Western North America at HMS Networks until 2022 when they assumed their current position as the Director of Sales, OEM Division at the company.

Dave Montesano attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering with an emphasis in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. After a gap of several years, they resumed their education in 2009 at Northern Illinois University. Dave completed their MBA in Finance, Management, and Entrepreneurship in 2012.
