Rakhitha Thilakarathne is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at HNB FINANCE since March 2024. Prior roles include Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Nations Trust Bank PLC from May 2022 to March 2024, and Human Resources Executive at Cargills Bank Limited from August 2018 to May 2022. Rakhitha's career began at Nations Trust Bank PLC, where a foundational role as Senior Banking Assistant in Human Resources was held from June 2013 to July 2018. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, earned from March 2019 to March 2021, and a National Diploma in Training and Human Resources Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) completed in July 2020.
