Caroline Mathis

Caroline Mathis serves as the Head of Marketing at HNM Systems since November 2012, where responsibilities have included roles as Executive Recruiter and Marketing Manager, as well as Customer Success Manager. HNM Systems is known for providing direct hire, contract to hire, and professional placement services, along with engineering services in the Telecommunications, Utilities, and IT sectors. Prior to this, Caroline Mathis held the position of Resource Development Manager at Competitor Group from December 2010 to November 2012 and worked as an Event Management & Marketing Coordinator at the Challenged Athletes Foundation for a brief period in 2010. Caroline Mathis completed a Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at Loyola Marymount University between 2006 and 2010.
