James Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. James is currently the CEO of Hnry, a managed service for self-employed contractors and freelancers. In this role, they provide invoicing, tax, and insurance services, ensuring compliance for clients.
Prior to Hnry, Fuller worked as a Senior Innovation Specialist at Creative HQ from November 2016 to April 2018. James also served as the Director of Twenty8Four from November 2015 to April 2018. During this time, they provided advisory services on innovation strategy, establishment, and delivery.
Fuller has also worked at Westpac New Zealand Limited as a Senior User Experience Consultant from November 2015 to January 2017. James was responsible for enhancing user experience and engagement for the company.
Before joining Westpac, Fuller held the position of Senior Manager at Davanti Consulting from July 2014 to November 2015. In this role, they headed the Innovation proposition and provided advisory services across various areas, including customer engagement strategy, digital strategy and delivery, customer experience design, and government service transformation.
Prior to Davanti, Fuller worked at Deloitte, where they held the positions of Senior Manager from November 2012 to July 2014 and Manager from July 2010 to November 2012. James gained experience in consulting and management roles during their tenure at Deloitte.
Fuller's earlier work experience includes roles at Thomson Reuters as a Senior CRM Business Analyst from March 2008 to July 2010, at expw: consulting as a Consultant from March 2008 to August 2009, at QAS Ltd as a Project Analyst \ Developer from May 2005 to March 2008, and at Caudwell Communications Ltd as a Billing Analyst from October 2004 to March 2005.
James Fuller attended Dulwich College from 1992 to 2000. James then pursued higher education at The University of Manchester from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Computation.
