Scott Dean has extensive experience in the engineering field, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as AVP and Project Director at HNTB since November 1996, Scott has also held the positions of AVP Group Director and Project Manager. Prior to this, Scott was a Project Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from January 1993 to November 1996. Scott holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Florida, with degrees earned in 1993 and 1991, respectively.
