Justin E. Brodnax began their work experience in 2008 at Hoar Construction, where they held multiple roles. Justin E. started as an Estimator & BIM Manager, responsible for implementing BIM technology and managing coordination models. Justin E. also worked as a Preconstruction Manager, overseeing the preconstruction process. In their most recent role as Director of Strategic Partnerships, they focused on building relationships in the construction industry and expanding into new markets. Additionally, Justin served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Auburn University from 2010 to 2011.
Justin E. Brodnax received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Building Science from Auburn University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Justin E. further pursued their education at Auburn University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Design-Build from 2010 to 2011.

The story of Hoar Construction is the story of people. We have been in business for 80 years, and we’re very proud of that. There aren’t many companies in our industry that have been around this long. During these 80 years, we’ve been able to thrive, grow, and expand. What started out as a small family business is now more than 600 employees strong. Today, we have seven offices in six states and attribute our success to the values our company was founded on. From the beginning, we have had a relentless desire to improve. We constantly seek ways to change not only our own company, but to improve the industry. We saw time and effort being wasted on warranty callbacks, so we created a unique quality control program that is now being used by contractors across the country. We know the biggest problem facing the construction industry is inefficiency, so we work hard to eliminate inefficiency every day. We use creativity and attention to detail to dig deeper than the drawings. We don’t ask, “How do we build this?” We ask, “How do we build this better?”
