Lee Richards is a highly experienced construction professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Superintendent at Hoar Construction since June 2017, Lee demonstrates extensive expertise in project management and site supervision. Prior roles include Superintendent at DANIEL IRON for a brief period in 2015 and President of United Erection Company, Inc. from December 1997 to February 2015. Lee began in the industry as a Maintenance Technician and progressed through various roles, including Field Foreman and Project Estimator at City Metals Erection Company from 1992 to 1997. Educational background includes attendance at Oxford High School.

Today, we have seven offices in six states and attribute our success to the values our company was founded on. From the beginning, we have had a relentless desire to improve. We constantly seek ways to change not only our own company, but to improve the industry. We saw time and effort being wasted on warranty callbacks, so we created a unique quality control program that is now being used by contractors across the country. We know the biggest problem facing the construction industry is inefficiency, so we work hard to eliminate inefficiency every day. We use creativity and attention to detail to dig deeper than the drawings. We don’t ask, “How do we build this?” We ask, “How do we build this better?”
