Jon Scruggs

Jon Scruggs currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Hobart Food Equipment and Service, a role held since October 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic IT functions such as ERP, CRM, and cybersecurity. Previous positions at Hobart include Information Technology Infrastructure Manager, focusing on IT infrastructure and service desk support, and Service Desk Supervisor/System Administrator, managing a team that supported over 1600 associates. Prior to Hobart, Jon worked at Geek Squad as a Double Agent, providing in-home computer services, and at Best Buy as a Sales Manager/Technical Supervisor, responsible for significant revenue generation. Jon holds a Master of Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, both from Wright State University.
