Dr. Michael Russo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both human resources and physical therapy. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission since September 2020, Dr. Russo has simultaneously operated as the Owner and Physical Therapist at their own practice since January 2013. Additionally, Dr. Russo has been a dedicated 3rd Ward Councilman for the City of Hoboken since 2003. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Utica College, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from Rutgers University - Newark, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology (BS) from Stockton University.
