Tyler Hays has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Head Lifeguard at LIFETIME FITNESS, where they managed a team of lifeguards and ensured pool safety. In 2019, they became a Shop Manager at Muscle Market, mentoring customers and overseeing stock quantity. In 2020, they worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator at The Rock Place, managing a team and operating various equipment. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Equipment Specialist at Groundscapes Inc. Currently, they are a Human Resources Information System Administrator at Ho-Chunk, Inc.

Tyler Hays completed their education from 2017 to 2021.
